bedbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless it is proven that the loss was directly caused by a technical error on our part.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bedbd may request documents to verify identity, proof of address, or payment information at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals. Failure to submit documents may result in temporary restrictions on your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bedbd is ৳300. We support the following payment methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. However, additional time may be required for identity verification or security checks.

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Additional verification may be required for withdrawals via a different method.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bedbd does not charge any additional fees on transactions, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following conditions apply to all promotional offers:

One account, one IP address, or one household is eligible for one welcome bonus.
Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all accounts.
bedbd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed on bedbd is considered a binding agreement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless bedbd itself identifies an error.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the result of any game is affected by a software, hardware, or network error, that round may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

Using any software or algorithm to place bets automatically
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an advantage
Coordinating bets with other players through collusion
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
Claiming bonus or promotional benefits through multiple accounts

7 VIP Program

bedbd's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Regular and active players have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers. VIP tier assignment is at bedbd's discretion and may change at any time.

Cashback benefits are provided based on that week's betting activity only and may not be directly withdrawable — separate wagering requirements may also apply.

8 Responsible Gaming
